Hoy No Circula Regulations for February 3, 2025

Due to the Hoy No Circula program, vehicles with yellow stickers and plate endings 5 and 6, as well as hologram 1 or 2, must stay home this Monday, February 3, 2025, in the 18 municipalities surrounding the State of Mexico and the 16 boroughs of Mexico City. There will be no double restriction this day, as there are no significant problems with ozone particles, and the Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis has not issued an alert for poor air quality.

As for the vehicles that can circulate, they include electric cars, hybrids, those with ecological registration or exempt hologram type, as well as those with hologram '00' or '0'. Vehicles used by health sector workers and paramedics with a valid credential can also circulate, along with ambulances. Vehicles intended for school and funeral services, as well as cars for people with disabilities who have the Permit to exempt from Hoy No Circula, can circulate without restrictions.

Additionally, vehicles identified with passenger and tourist public service circulation cards, such as vans, minibuses, and buses with federal or local plates and valid verification, are also exempt. Motorcycles and cars with Tourist Pass or permits from the Ministry of the Environment can circulate. Finally, vehicles with red, blue, pink, and green stickers are also authorized to circulate without restrictions this Monday.
